At Eparcelbd, we strive to provide high-quality delivery services. However, if you are not satisfied with our service, we offer the following refund policy:


Refunds will be considered for delivery failures, including lost or damaged packages, provided that claims are submitted within 3 days of the scheduled delivery date. To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team with your order details and any relevant documentation.


Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather or traffic conditions. Additionally, requests for refunds due to inaccurate recipient information provided by the customer will not be eligible.Under our current policy guidelines, we are able to offer a maximum compensation of up to BDT 10,000.


If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time, and any changes will be communicated accordingly.
